At Hunza G, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns on all unworn items within 28 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene strip is attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed state.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
